DICOM Modality Worklist enhances clinical workflow by importing patient demographics and study information from an information management system. This functionality eliminates errors from manual entry, enables exams to begin on time, and assures that the exam data is cataloged correctly when sent to a PACS.
The DiCOM box Worklist Manager allows clinicians to view patient information on the ultrasound system and select from a daily list of scheduled patients. Once a patient has been selected, all relevant patient data is automatically transferred to the Philips system.
Based on the leading DICOM interface technology, the DiCOM box is a unique hardware and software solution that links the Philips system to the IS network. The Worklist Manager installs easily to the ultrasound system and will provide immediate access to all of the benefits of an integrated clinical workflow solution. |
