The Echo Pro Table is ergonomically designed for the patient and the sonographer. The table is ideal for all echocardiography procedures, and many other applications in a non-invasive procedure room. With tabletop height adjustable from 23 to 40 inches, this unit easily accommodates wheelchair transfers and patients with ambulatory difficulties, and meets all scanning height requirements. A drop-down/fold-up tabletop section allows the sonographer to assume a comfortable standing or seated position close to the patient. This design feature helps prevent the strain, discomfort, and eventual musculoskeletal disorders associated with leaning and reaching over the patient. A removable 11" l x 15" w tabletop section at the patient’s left thorax area provides an unobstructed apical approach. A grab rail helps the patient roll into side-lying position, and provides added stability during imaging. Handcontrolled motorized actuation of height, Trendelenburg, and reverse Trendelenburg positioning, and manual adjustable Fowler back provide positioning versatility and efficiency. Patient comfort during lengthy procedures is assured by twoinch thick table padding covered in durable, easy-to-clean Naugahyde®. Two adjustable straps with Velcro® hook and loop fastening are provided for increased patient stability and comfort. Five-inch central locking swivel casters provide quick, smooth, and secure table positioning – simultaneous locking or unlocking of all casters is accomplished from any corner of the table. Optional foot controller provides hands-free motorized actuation of height, Trendelenburg, and reverse Trendelenburg positioning. Optional side rails fold down for improved access to the patient.
