A) Price match program applies to domestic (U.S.) sales only.

B) Price match approvals are valid for 15 days.

C) Product price (excluding shipping) must be equal to or greater than $250. Products under $250 do not qualify for price matching.

D) The competitor’s product is in new factory condition from an authorized online dealer of the product with identical conditions of sale (e.g., warranties, etc.).

E) The competitor’s product must be an identical product (same brand, model, features and accessories) to that product offered by Med1Online

F) The competitor’s product is not a closeout, clearance, open-box, demo or bulk quantity item.

G) Med1Online’s offer excludes competitor’s coupons and rebates, auction sites, liquidation sales, typographical errors and pricing below wholesale cost pricing.

H) Med1Online’s offer excludes wholesale pricing, contract pricing and manufacturer direct pricing.

I) The competitor’s price must include any shipping and handling fees to the customer’s location. 

J) Med1Online reserves the right to verify and determine whether a competitor’s products and prices reflect a true and fair comparison. 

K) Med1Online reserves the right to not sell any product below its cost.

L) Competitor pricing for certain brands with universal pricing policies cannot be price matched by Med1Online.

M) Price match valid for new purchases only and is not applicable to previously placed orders.
