Price Matching Terms & Conditions

• Product price (excluding shipping) must be equal to or greater than $250. Products under $250 do not qualify for price matching.
• The competitor’s product is in new factory condition from an authorized online dealer of the product with identical conditions of sale (e.g., warranties, etc.).
• The competitor’s product must be an identical product (same brand, model, features and accessories) to that product offered by Med1Online
• The competitor’s product is not a closeout, clearance, open-box, demo or bulk quantity item.
• Med1Online’s offer excludes competitor’s coupons and rebates, auction sites, liquidation sales, typographical errors and pricing below wholesale cost pricing.
• Med1Online’s offer excludes wholesale pricing, contract pricing and manufacturer direct pricing.
• The competitor’s price must include any shipping and handling fees to the customer’s location.
• Med1Online reserves the right to verify and determine whether a competitor’s products and prices reflect a true and fair comparison.
• Med1Online reserves the right to not sell any product below its cost.
• Competitor pricing for certain brands with universal pricing policies cannot be price matched by Med1Online.
• Price match valid for new purchases only and is not applicable to previously placed orders.
• Price match approvals are valid for 15 days.
• Limit one free SPO Medical Check Mate Pulse Oximeter per customer.
• Price match program applies to domestic (U.S.) sales only.
