All Product shipment delivery dates are ESTIMATED. Med1Online shall make a reasonable effort to meet any delivery date(s) quoted or acknowledged. In cases where certain additional shipping charges may apply, and where backordered and non-stocked items may require additional time for processing and shipment (see detailed information below), a Med1Online Customer Service Representative will contact you.

Please note that it may take up to 48 hours to process your order, and shipping information will not be available until order processing is complete. Most PARCEL orders SHIP within 7 to 10 business days, while most FREIGHT orders SHIP within 2 to 6 weeks.

Shipping fees are fully refundable on qualifying returns made as a result of Med1Online or its vendor's error. Shipping fees are NOT refundable for all other returns. Please see our returns policy for more information.

BUYER REQUESTED SHIPPING EXCEPTIONS Buyer shall notify Seller upon initial order of any alternative arrangements and/or delayed shipping requirements, including but not limited to, facility availability. If Seller is NOT notified by the Buyer of such exceptions, Seller will proceed with typical order processing and delivery and will not be liable for any exceptional shipping and/or storage costs and Buyer becomes solely responsible and liable for all such exceptional shipping and storage related costs.

Custom Orders may be subject to longer order processing and delivery times as well as certain additional fees.

*Med1Online offers free shipping for all orders over $250 shipped within the continental United States via parcel ground or dock-to-dock freight. In some rare cases such as remote location or excessive actual or dimensional weight, freight shipping may not be free. If this situation applies, a Customer Service Representative will contact you prior to processing your order.

Freight services such as lift gate, inside delivery and residential delivery will be charged an additional fee (See rates below). For liability reasons, some Freight carriers delivering to certain locations will not let you enter the truck to receive the item if you do not have a receiving dock or freight handling capabilities, i.e. a proper fork lift. In those cases we will have to charge the appropriate fees. Additional freight or parcel shipping charges may apply to certain Products, due to dimension and weight, remote delivery location or Buyer Requested Shipping Exceptions. In these cases and prior to processing your order. a Customer Service Representative will contact you if freight shipping or service fees may apply.

If your organization does not have freight handling capabilities, additional freight services will be required for your freight orders. These freight services and their associated costs are shown below:

After your order placement, Med1Online will contact you by phone and e-mail regarding the specific freight services that you may require. If we are unsuccessful contacting you or if we receive no response from you, we will ship your freight item dock to dock.

Most parcel orders will be shipped via USPS, FedEx Ground or DHL from Med1Online's distribution center or dropped shipped from the Manufacturer's distribution center. Most parcel orders SHIP within 7 to 10 business days.

Larger items that do not qualify for parcel shipping will require freight delivery by a private trucking firm (common carrier). You can expect freight orders to SHIP within 2 to 6 weeks. These longer timeframes are typically the result of factory configured and custom built freight products. CUSTOM ORDERS are subject to longer order processing and delivery times which average up to 12 weeks.

Once the processing of your order is complete you will receive an email advising you of the tracking information and/or the estimated ship date for you item(s).
